After Incarceration mobile app — Effective May 3, 2026

After Incarceration is a fiscally sponsored project of the Movement Strategy Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The After Incarceration mobile app is intended for users 18 years of age and older. This app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION (CSAE)

We prohibit, and have zero tolerance for, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children. This includes:

• Content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors
• Grooming behavior or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes
• Sexualized depictions of minors, whether real, animated, or AI-generated
• Sharing, linking to, or requesting child sexual abuse material

HOW WE ENFORCE THIS

• In-app Report tool. Every community post in the After Incarceration app has a Report button. Any user can report content. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
• In-app Block tool. Any user can block any other user at any time.
• Account termination. Any account that posts, shares, or requests CSAM or engages in grooming is permanently terminated.
• Legal reporting. We report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and cooperate with law enforcement.
