OUR MISSION

We are here to offer opportunities for people processing the trauma of incarceration to develop the resiliency necessary to break through the barriers to freedom. We affirm the value of all human beings, transform pain into power, and find ways to be in right relationship with one another. We center the lived experience of currently and formerly incarcerated community members to open a window into the current human condition, and work together for the true liberation of all people. We cultivate networks to support power building in communities directly impacted by policies of excessive punishment and mass incarceration. 

Ultimately, our mission is to create a just world After Incarceration.
